In order to increase the production rate of truck tires retreading and also to reduce the total cost of the retreading process in this size, the precured retreading line of AMMICO is being established. In this method, the precured tread is placed on the tire after buffing and vulcanized in an autoclave. In this method, less amount of compound is consumed than the current method in truck size tires. The capacity of this line is 18000 tires annually.
